So today I’m doing a brain dump and before I started I wanted to share with you real quick.
As moms I’m sure you have experienced at one point or another the anxiety and fatigue tied to having so many responsibilities and your brain is trying to track it all.
Between doctors appointments, laundry, weight loss goals and soooooooo much more it can be difficult to be truly effective. I came across this concept yesterday and I can’t wait to try it.
Brain Dump- basically jotting down all of your ideas, all the open tabs in your mind. Doesn’t have to be all cute or fancy and from there you prioritize each goal and break it down.
What is the goal or purpose of this idea – why do I want to do it?
What am I hoping it will achieve for my life, business, etc.?
What will it take to bring my idea from concept to completion?
Ex. I need my hair done
Why: To maintain my hair and make sure its healthy. As well as wanting to feel and look my best.
What do I want to achieve:
I’m hoping to achieve healthy hair and get some me time as part of my self care routine inside and out.
How: I need to check my availability in my schedule, check my budget, figure out childcare (if needed) and contact my stylist and book an appointment
